My career has taken me through business analytics, IT technical process improvement, technical documentation, project management, learning-centered operations, and digital design, but the common thread has always been turning complexity into clarity. Whether I’m supporting employees, C-suite executives, or customers, I focus on improving and creating processes that are practical, engaging, and actually usable.
I’ve analyzed and updated business systems, documented technical IT workflows and user guides, partnered with SMEs and technical teams, created processes, trained and supported others, and managed projects where engagement mattered just as much as execution.
